In NoshPos shops, the shopping cart page (the page before the customer reaches the checkout page) serves a few different purposes. One of them is offering products that could be essential for an online food order, such as cutlery or napkins. This is slighly different from Upsell Campaigns - even though they are also shown on the cart page. Upsell campaigns serve more as a sales tools rather than a service to your customer. The look and user behaviour is slighly different.
The items shown in the "Additional Items" sections are products that belong to the product category "Additional Items". This is a product category that's installed on your NoshPos system by default and should not be removed. So, all you need to do is to create a new product and select the "Additional Items" category for this product.
